CMA FRANCHISE PACKAGE

  • Type of Franchise: Unit Franchise
  • Location Requirement: At least 70 sq m commercial area preferably accessible to schools, condominiums and residential villages.
  • Total Investment: PhP3-4 million
  • Franchise Fee: PhP800,000
  • Royalty: 18%
  • Term/Renewal: 5 years initial term renewable twice at 5 years each for a total of 15 years.
  • System-wide Advertising: 3% of revenues from tuition fees
  • Local Advertising Fee: 1% of revenues from tuition fees
  • Training: Two weeks initial training
  • Business Opening: Two months upon approval of franchise
